A Culture Built on
Standards and Opportunity

We believe great companies are built through:

Clear expectations

Strong communication

Professional development

Respect for time, effort, and results

Our culture is designed to support individuals
who want to improve their skills, grow into leadership roles and contribute to something well-ran and sustainable.

“The people I work with are some of the best people I know,” stated an employee in a 2021 anonymous satisfaction survey. “You take care of your employees and praise them,” said another.

“Everyone who works here matters; you aren’t just an anonymous face.” If you are ready to step into a new career with a fast-paced company and do work that matters within a positive work culture, apply online to join the Scooter’s team.

Explore Opportunities

Every person we welcome on to our team has potential to soar to great heights. An entry level field position can quickly lead into the leadership of one crew or an entire service division, operations management, sales, or the opening of a new location. The potential to grow is limitless – and only stops at the point you can stop imagining.

Applications are kept on file for a period of 60 days. Applicants may be asked to participate in up to three in-person candidacy interviews prior to receiving a formal job offer.

All job offers are contingent on successfully passing a physical exam, vision test, illicit drug screening, and background check.

Full-time team members can receive the following benefits: health insurance, 401(k), paid time off (vacation, sick, bereavement, maternity/paternity), a boot allowance, incentive pay, and other bonuses.
