Under direction of the assigned Project Foreman, responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Position Overview: Plan and design land areas for private residences, homeowner associations, parks, recreational facilities, businesses, campuses, and other open spaces. Confer with clientele and work in coordination with the Project Specialist and Project Coordinator. 

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Confer with clients, engineers, and building architects to understand a project
  • Prepare site plans, specifications, and cost estimates
  • Coordinate the arrangement of existing and proposed land features and structures
  • Prepare digital representations of proposed plan using company’s design and drafting software
  • Select appropriate materials for use in landscape beds and outdoor living spaces
