Please complete our monthly “Performance Rating,” an anonymous peer review of each team member to assist in making informed decisions about position and pay, as well as acknowledge top-rated team members for outstanding performance.

The team member with the highest Performance Rating will be announced during the monthly all-team meeting and will receive a $50 bonus on their paycheck, along with potential increases of position and pay. The team member(s) with the lowest rating(s) may be subject to a meeting with leadership and/or decreases in position or pay.
Prior to each meeting, leadership will send the Performance Rating link to the most up-to-date group chat for submissions.
